- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Rinse the asparagus, snap off the woody ends, and arrange the spears on a baking sheet.
- Slice the orange thinly and lay the slices over the asparagus.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and roast the asparagus for 12 minutes.
