Quick Thai-style steamed salmon drenched in a zesty lime, garlic, chili, and fish sauce dressing. Light, healthy, and ready in 15 minutes. Great with rice.
Everyone knows salmon as sashimi or dipped in wasabi, but this Thai-style steamed salmon with lime turns it into something new and wonderfully bright. The fish is steamed gently and topped with a sharp, spicy lime dressing in the style of Thai spicy salads. It is delicious with fresh vegetables or a plate of hot rice.

- Place the salmon on a heatproof plate in a steamer. Spoon the dressing all over the fish, top with lime slices and celery, and steam over low heat for about 10 minutes, until just cooked through.

- Do not oversteam; salmon is at its best when the center is just opaque.
